During your stay in Kenya you may chose to spend some time in Nairobi. Herewith some of our suggested tours:
SAMPLE HALF DAY TOURS
A Taste of Nairobi:
- Karen Blixen Museum - "I had a farm in Africa, at the foot of the Ngong Hills' ...... for those lovers of "Out of Africa" the museum will take you back in time to breathe the spirit of the writer and the lives she immortalized.
- The Giraffe Centre - This education centre gives you an opportunity to get up close and personal with Rothchild giraffes.
- Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage - Get up close and personal with orphaned elephant (and often rhino). This is where Daphne Sheldrick has perfected the raising and re-integrating of orphaned elephants into the wild. Open to the public from 11.00am - 12.00pm daily. Extra Park fees charged.
- Utumaduni - Utamaduni means "cultural heritage" and is a converted house containing arts and crafts shops. There is also an outdoor restaurant called "The Verandah', ideal for lunch ( lunch is an extra cost ).
- Matt Bronze - A selection of hand-made bronze gifts, from animal footprint ashtrays to bronze sculptures.
The Shopaholic:
- The Junction – A shopping mall home to a great selection of excellent restaurants, cinemas and boutique shops selling Unique hand blown glassware, Traditional Kenyan sarongs, Unique jewellery using Africa's precious and semi-precious stones, Leather, suede and beadwork etc.
- Sand & Storm - Export quality suede, leather and canvas; Bags, Briefcases & African safari Equipment.
- Marula Studios – The Eco, Ethics and Organics Hub in Karen, Nairobi, where visitors can shop and view the crafting of handmade products. Items in the showroom make a difference to the world and its people.

- Spend a morning or afternoon in Nairobi National Park.
- Nairobi National Park is unique by being the only protected area in the world with a variety of wildlife close to a capital city.
